What does a Partnership with Mad Science look like?

Mad Science schedules at least 3 visits for each classroom throughout the school year with one coordinator, or each grade coordinator.

Each visit will focus on a single NC Essential Competency Goal. It will include hands-on activities for the kids to experience, as well as amazing demos that bring the scientific concepts to life.

We highly recommend including take homes in at least one program, but they can be added to all of them! Kids get an extra helping of concepts when they explain them to parents.

Consistency across the grade: You choose the topic, and whether or not to add take homes, but all program selections must be the same across grade levels. Everyone gets in on the fun!

What does pricing look like?

Start with the Basics

$3300 covers 18 programs - that's 3 program topics for 1 classroom in each grade K-5. It's easy to add more. Site visit fees apply per instructor, per day - so stack those classes up! Varies by county.

School Size Matters

Classroom Labs are designed for the whole school - and you probably have more than one classroom per grade! Additional classrooms can be added for $525. Have small classes? Programs have an absolute max of 30, but combined classes with 30 or less are fine!

Take Homes are a hit

Take homes help kids take the learning with them. Take homes can be added for an additional $50/session, but must be done for the entire grade level. We highly recommend these for at least one topic.

5th Grade NC Labs

Focusing on 5th? We've got you covered. Have each class receive 5 programs throughout the year to reinforce NC curriculum standards at $950/class. Optional Take homes $50/session, and add our 5th Grade NC Review Show for only $250. Site Visit and Downtime fees may apply.
